"Housefull 2 is an upcoming Bollywood comedy film directed by Sajid Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It is the sequel to the movie Housefull. The film will star Akshay Kumar along with Asin Thottumkal. It will also feature Ritesh Deshmukh, Randhir Kapoor and Chunkey Pandey from Housefull and will feature new additions who are John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez, Rishi Kapoor, Mithun Chakraborty, Zarine Khan, Shazahn Padamsee and Shreyas Talpade who replaced Rahul Khanna at the last minute. This time the trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy will be replaced by Sajid-Wajid. The sequel was confirmed by producer Sajid Nadiadwala on September 30, 2010. Filming of the movie started on 9 Jun 2011 and is tentatively scheduled for release a week after IPL on 1st June 2011."
